The Atelier / Responsibility

Vendor Code of Conduct

Beautiful work begins with respect. These are the standards Creo Fleur Atelier expects of businesses involved in making, handling and supplying our pieces.

Updated 17 September 2026

The code covers manufacturing partners, material suppliers and subcontractors involved in Creo Fleur Atelier work. It states our expectations, not a claim that every supplier has been audited, certified or has already signed this code. Contractual obligations depend on the agreements in place.

Lawful & honest business

Partners must observe applicable labour, safety and environmental laws. Product records, material descriptions and statements of origin must be accurate. Bribery, falsified records and misleading certification claims are unacceptable.

Freely chosen work

Work must be voluntary, without trafficking, coercion, debt bondage or forced labour. Workers must retain control of identity documents and be able to leave employment lawfully. Recruitment fees must not be shifted onto workers.

Protection of young workers

Child labour is prohibited. Partners must meet the applicable minimum working age and compulsory education requirements. Anyone under 18 must be protected from hazardous work and conditions that interfere with education.

Dignity & equal treatment

Employment decisions must be fair and free from unlawful discrimination. Harassment, violence, threats and humiliating treatment are unacceptable. Workers must be able to raise concerns without retaliation.

Pay, hours & rest

Pay must meet applicable wage requirements, including overtime and benefits, and be provided on time with understandable records. Working hours, breaks and rest days must comply with law. Overtime must not be coerced.

Safe workplaces

Partners must maintain safe work areas, emergency exits, appropriate protective equipment and access to drinking water and sanitation. Workers must receive relevant safety instruction. Any accommodation provided must also be safe and hygienic.

Worker representation

Workers must be able to exercise lawful rights to organise, seek representation and bargain collectively without intimidation or retaliation. Where local law restricts those rights, partners should support lawful ways for workers to raise issues together.

Environmental responsibility

Partners must handle chemicals, wastewater and waste lawfully and safely. Environmental claims about our pieces must be supported by relevant evidence. We encourage practical reductions in material waste, energy use and unnecessary packaging; no blanket impact claim should replace measurement.

Materials & subcontracting

Partners should be able to identify where Creo Fleur Atelier work takes place and disclose subcontracting relevant to that work. Material substitutions or changes in production must be communicated before they affect an order. Composition and care information must reflect the actual piece.

Reporting & corrective action

Workers, partners and customers can report concerns to atelier@creofleuratelier.com. Reports should identify the facility, issue and available evidence without unnecessarily sharing sensitive personal information. Our expectation is that partners cooperate with enquiries and corrective action; serious or unresolved concerns may lead us to pause or end a relationship. This is not an emergency service.
