This statement separates our standards from the evidence available to substantiate them. It is not a certification that every stage of the supply chain has been independently assessed.
Verification
Identifying our manufacturing partner is not the same as tracing every material or recruitment agency upstream. Independent verification of slavery and trafficking risks across our product supply chains has not been substantiated for this statement. We do not claim third-party verification.
Supplier audits
No Creo-commissioned supplier audit programme has been verified for this disclosure, whether announced, unannounced or independently conducted. Our Vendor Code of Conduct describes expectations; it is not evidence that a factory has passed an audit.
Supplier certification
We expect lawful sourcing and prohibit forced labour under our Vendor Code of Conduct. A requirement for direct suppliers to provide signed, material-level certifications concerning slavery and trafficking laws has not been verified. Publishing a code does not establish supplier acceptance or certification.
Internal accountability
Our code sets out the standards we expect and a route for reporting concerns to the atelier. Formal employee and contractor accountability procedures, and records of their implementation, have not been verified for this disclosure. We will not describe those procedures as operational without supporting evidence.
Training
Completion of specialised slavery and human-trafficking training for employees or management responsible for our supply chain has not been verified. We do not claim a completed or recurring training programme.
