Atelier Diary: Ordering a Piece
What made-to-order means for choosing a piece, planning delivery and checking an order.
By The Atelier · Updated

Made-to-order means that a piece is produced after an order is placed. The product page is the starting point: check its composition, available sizes and care instructions before choosing.
Design and production
Designed in Hoboken, New Jersey; made to order in London. The design location and manufacturing location are different parts of the process. Made-to-order does not imply a personal fitting or a garment cut to individual measurements.
Allow for delivery
Made in 5 days. Delivered in the next 5. Around 10 calendar days, all told. For a gift or an event, allow time for both stages and send the atelier your destination and required date before ordering if the timing is close.
After ordering
You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Email returns@creofleuratelier.com with your order number; the time you send your request counts, not when we reply. Eligible fit returns and exchanges are welcome, including standard made-to-order pieces, subject to return conditions and inspection. Faulty items and statutory returns remain covered. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Keep your confirmation and use your account or dispatch email for order information.
